Nuvo L'Esprit de Paris Sparkling Liqueur The ultimate quality of vodka is linked to fine grain, purified spring water, and the distillation method. To begin with the finest grains are selected, along with the purest spring water from France. Under the watchful eye of the cellar master, the spirit is hand crafted in small batches, carefully triple distilled in a traditional copper pot and charcoal filtered. Finally a revolutionary process takes place, the pure vodka is carefully infused with elegant sparkling bubbles to achieve an exceptionally smooth sparkling liqueur. Only a small amount of delicate French sparkling wine is added to the blend to achieve a harmonious balance in the final product, the wine is predominately made up of chardonnay with a touch of pinot noir. The French Sparkling wine offers aromas of ripe fruit and reveals its vivacity and elegance, leaving the palate refreshed. Ideally Nuvo should be enjoyed over ice in a beautiful champagne flute.
